The International Co-ordinating Council of Employers’ Unions was established in 2010 by employer organisations from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Latvia. The aim of the ICCEU and LDDK is to strengthen partnerships among organisations that represent employers, sharing experience in relation issues such as anti-crisis processes and their influence on entrepreneurship, ways of improving the labour market and its quality, social security, the development of social dialogue, etc.
